Tomislav Rosandić, the member of the Management Board of HEP d.d., won the 2016 Best Finance Director Award in Croatia.
The award was presented at the 2017 CFO Conference – Finances in Digital World, which was organized by Deloitte for consulting and auditing services.
The award was presented by Bernard Jakelić, Deputy General Director of the Croatian Employers' Association and the president of the selection committee.
'I am exceptionally proud of the Best Finance Director Award, in particular as it is awarded directly by the profession. This award follows the upgrade of HEP's rating assessment by Standard&Poor's late last year. This positive evaluation comes as a direct result of active corporate governance of HEP Group's financial position, its overall business operations, and the improvement made in its financial policies', said Tomislav Rosandić and added: 'We have proven HEP's ability to face very challenging international market transactions. We are very pleased to have been recognized as a stable company with the strategic investment plan as well as business growth and expansion opportunities in times which proved challenging for the energy sector throughout Europe. Although this award is presented to me personally, it is also the recognition to all my colleagues in HEP of whom I am especially proud. This is why this award represents a strong encouragement to our team to continue achieving set business goals and strengthening its excellence both in business and in their personal professional development'.
The Best Finance Director Award has been presented in Croatia for the second consecutive year. The last year's winner was Marko Čižmek, the member of the Management Board of Valamar Riviera.
