In its role as a heat buyer, HEP-Toplinarstvo performs the following activities:

generates heat in boiler rooms or buys heat from the heat supplier (depending on the heating system type)
bills and allocates heating costs to end customers and issues invoices
maintains and operates heating substations in line with its offer for the performance of the heat buyer activity.
