The right to access information owned by Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. and
all the subsidiaries in a 100% ownership of HEP d.d. (except Hrvatski operator prijenosnog sustava d.o.o.) is achieved by submitting the
Request for Access to Information to HEP Group's
Information Officer.
The right to access information owned by Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. has been regulated under the Access to Information Act (OG
25/13 and
85/15). Under said Act, principles of information access rights, exceptions from information access rights and the procedure for achieving and protecting information access rights have also been regulated. The objective of said Act is to facilitate and ensure the availability of required information to natural and legal entities by a transparent and public operation of public authority bodies in accordance with the law.
