At its meeting on 2 December 2024, the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d., upon the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, appointed Vice Oršulić as President of the Management Board, and Ivica Vukoja and Ante Elez, PhD as members of the Management Board to a period of 6 months until the positions are filled through a vacancy announcement.
With this decision, the current President Vice Oršulić continues his role as President of the Management Board, while the newly appointed members assume their duties as of today, 2 December 2024.
The current Management Board members, Petar Sprčić and Tomislav Šambić, will continue performing their duties.
