Contracts on optimization of energy and water consumption at the facility enable the user to achieve savings with minimal investment interventions undertaken by HEP ESCO. All investments are repaid from energy savings, while the savings can be shared with the customer.
Based on the experience gained, HEP ESCO can ensure efficient cost optimization.The amount of savings depends on the capabilities of existing equipment and the condition of the facility.
HEP ESCO started the optimization service in 2019 on three buildings within the HEP group complex located at Ulica grada Vukovara 37 in Zagreb. By adjusting the operation of thermotechnical systems without investment costs in 2019, savings of 478,669.17 kWh were achieved, ie 14% of total consumption.
