Administrative Court: green light to the EIAS for TPP Plomin C

The Administrative Court in Rijeka dismissed the claim filed by the Istria County, Green Istria, Green Action and citizens of the Labin region, which tried to judicially contest the validity of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Plomin C Project issued by the Ministry of Environmental and Nature Protection.
The wording of the judgment, which became legally binding and effective as of today and under which the plaintiff is refused any right to appeal to the Higher Administrative Court, states among others that the Study has been fully procedurally and substantially in line with legal regulations.
The Court allowed the plaintiffs, as said to the detriment of efficiency and under the right to the access to justice, to present arguments during the process regarding the alleged economic unprofitability of the Project and its alleged noncompliance with the documents on spatial planning of the Istria County. However, the Court did not consider the above mentioned arguments in passing its judgement.

Marketinški kolačići - omogućuju prikupljanje informacija o navikama i ponašanju korisnika na internetskom mjestu radi objavljivanja relevantnih oglasa za korisnika usklađenih s njegovim interesima. Također se mogu koristiti i za mjerenje učinkovitosti neke kampanje.
