In the National contest of vocational school student trained for the occupation of electric installers, held in Vocational School Eugen Kumičić in Rovinj from April 27 to 28 2006, the first place was won by Božidar Majpruz from Industrial-Trade School S.S.Kranjčević Vinkovci.
The second place was won by Tomislav Bukovac from Technical School Daruvar, and the third by a student from the same school, Tihomir Popović. Technical School Daruvar was pronounced the best, followed by Industrial-Trade School S.S. Kranjčević Vinkovci and Electrical Mechanical School Varaždin.
In the theoretical part of the contest the best individual was the overall winner Božidar Majpruz from Industrial-Trade School Daruvar and Krešimir Mihalić from Technical School Karlovac, while the third was Tihomir Popović also from Technical School Daruvar.
The best practitians were students from Vocational School Eugen Kumičić Rovinj, Patrik Vitasović and Deni Živković, and by one only point behind followed by Tomislav Bukovac and Tihomir Popović from Technical School Daruvar, while the third were Pailo Jačić and Robi Tomišić from Electro-Industrial Trade School Rijeka.
Vocational school students trained for electric installers who win the first place in national contests receive monetary reward from HEP in the amount of three thousand kuna. The contestants were reminded of that by Head of Technical Services of DP Elektroistra Pula Andrea Venier who welcomed the participants on behalf of HEP.
