On February 22, a sponsorship contract was signed between HEP and Croatian Water Polo Federation.
The Contract was signed by President of HEP Management Board, Ivan Mravak, and President of Croatian Water Polo Federation, Perica Bukić. HEP took the role of the general sponsor of Croatian water polo team two years ago and this new contract extends the cooperation for another four years.
I.Mravak said that sponsoring the most trophied collective sport in Croatia means linking HEP with a successful sport team which will promote the reputation of HEP. He stressed that this is of utmost importance in view of HEP's restructuring from a monopoly into a market-oriented company which is to compete in the international electricity market.
