The Supervisory Board revoked the current Management Board and appointed the new Management Board of Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d.
At its session on 28 December 2017, the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d., on the proposal of the Croatian government, revoked the current President of the Management Board, Perica Jukić and the Management Board members: Zvonko Ercegovac, Tomislav Rosandić and Saša Dujmić.
On the proposal of the Croatian government, the new President of the Management Board is Frane Barbarić and new Management Board members are: M. Sc. Marko Ćosić, Saša Dujmić, Nikola Rukavina, M. Sc. Petar Sprčić and Tomislav Šambić.
They shall take office as of 1 January 2018.
"Hrvatska elektroprivreda is and shall remain one of the biggest and most important Croatian companies, a leader at the Croatian market, but also a company that is becoming more and more present at the markets of neighbouring countries.
We are going to use strong investment potential in a responsible and effective manner, in line with the guidelines of the Croatian government, so as to realize own developmental aims and the security of electric power system, but also to develop the Croatian economy as a whole, and especially to strengthen the national energy independence.
We are going to direct business operations in a more determined manner towards strengthening sale, stabilizing market share, but also towards the safety of supply, a quick and good service and towards achieving equal conditions for the customers regarding grid access and use in the whole area of the Republic of Croatia.
Pursuant to the Government’s decisions, we are also ready to make all professional capacities available and to actively participate in the implementation of EU regulations as well as in the process of adopting key documents, which shall serve as the framework for the development of energy sector, including our company.
Ten-year experience of working in HEP assured me that we have enough own capacities to perform such demanding tasks, but that we are also ready to cooperate on them with all the important stakeholders in Croatia”, said the new President of the Management Board", Frane Barbarić.
Frane Barbarić was born in 1966. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1991. He worked in the company, Zagreb nekretnine d.o.o. ZANE, member of Zaba Group from 1994 to 2004, and in PBZ Leasing d.o.o. from 2004 to 2007. He has been working in Hrvatska elektroprivreda since 2007 as assistant director, and later as the director of the Human Resources Department, General and Legal Affairs Department and as the assistant to the President of the Management Board and the Head of Section of status law.
