1. What's the difference between HEP Operator distribucijskog sustava d.o.o. (HEP DSO) and HEP Opskrba d.o.o. (HEP Supply)?
HEP ODS supplies end customers from the household category as part of a universal service, which is a public service according to regulated conditions.
HEP Opskrba is not obliged to provide a public service and it supplies end customers according to agreed conditions.
2. To whom does the customer deliver meter readings?
The customer deliver meter readings only to HEP ODS, be it for the need of delimiting consumption or as part of the service of self-reading.
3. What is self-reading?
Based on the request, each customer from the household category has the right to self-read the meter. The fee for making a monthly calculation, when it comes to customers who self- read the meter, is not charged.
HEP Opskrba d.o.o. (HEP Supply) exempts customers, who have contracted self-reading service, from paying the supply fee of HRK 9.25 per month. In this way, the customer annually saves HRK 111, along with the monthly payment of their real consumption.
4. What is My account?
My account – an application for customers of HEP Operator distribucijskog sustava d.o.o. (HEP DSO) and My
HEPI account – an application for customers of HEP Opskrba d.o.o. (HEP Supply), enable customers to access their account at any time through a web browser, to review the consumption and print the bill.
