HEP and Elektroprivreda Herceg Bosne signed a contract today in Zagreb concerning resolution of technical and economic questions of electric facilities in the border areas.
The contract, signed by President of HEP Management Board Ivan Mravak and General Manager of JP Elektroprivreda HZ Herceg Bosne Vlado Marić, regulates mutual purchase and sale of electricity for the purpose of supply to customers in border areas. The contract governs maintenance and operation of electric plants and facilities in border areas, increase in network capacity and acceptance of new customers.
I.Mravak concluded that the contract is a step forward in the successful business cooperation between the two utilities. Satisfaction with the cooperation was also expressed by V. Marić, especially with the implementation of the billing project - electronic data processing of customers using HEP`s application - successfully introduced recently in BiH utility.
