On Wednesday, December 6, the General Shareholders Assembly and the constituting meeting of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. was held.
The General Shareholders Assembly, chaired by Zdravko Marić, at the proposal of the Croatian Government, revoked the old and appointed new members of HEP d.d. Supervisory Board: Goran Granić, PhD, Marko Primorac, PhD, and Jelena Zrinski Berger, M.Sc.
At the constituting meeting of the Supervisory Board, Goran Granić, PhD, was elected chairman, and Marko Primorac, PhD, vice-chairman.
The fourth member of the Supervisory Board, the worker representative, remains to be Dubravka Kolundžić, M.Sc.
