HEP Proizvodnja d.o.o. and Končar Generatori i motori sign a contract for replacement and refurbishment of generators and excitation systems of UNITS A, B, C and D, Zakučac hydro power plant, on Friday, December 22.
In the presence of President of HEP Management Board, Ivan Mravak, and President of Končar d.d., Darinko Bago, at HEP’s main office a contract was signed for HEP’s largest hydro power plant by Željko Dorić, Director of HEP Proizvodnja d.o.o. and Roman Nota, Director of Končar Generatori i motori. Ž. Dorić and R. Nota expressed their satisfaction about investment in HEP’s base load power plant, the generators of which are 44 years old, and thanked everyone who had participated in the preparation of this complex contract. D. Bago, thanking HEP for the contract, assessed the signing of the contract as being a Christmas present, for Končar considers the contract extremely important as a reference for similar contracts in the world.
