As of the entry of the new Public Procurement Act (OG 120/16) into foce on 1 January 2017 and pursuant to Article 198, paragraph 3 thereof, the obligation of the premilinary market consultation with interested operators is introduced regarding the draft of one part of procurement documentation in open or restricted public procurement procedures for works and public procurement procedures for services and goods of large value.
