Born in 1982, Ivica Vukoja graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Split in 2006. Shortly after, he began his career at Kreditna banka Zagreb, now Agram banka.
Starting as a trainee and progressing through roles as a clerk, assistant, and eventually relationship manager, he focused on developing and maintaining client relations in the corporate banking sector.
From 2018 until his appointment at HEP, he was the branch director of Agram banka d.d., overseeing retail and corporate client operations in the City of Zagreb, and the counties of Zagreb, Karlovac, Varaždin, and Sisak-Moslavina.
